PrePress Operator

This full-time position is responsible for outputting printing plates using computer-to-plate (CTP) equipment. The qualified candidate will be comfortable operating computers and performing minor equipment adjustments after being trained. The position requires the ability to occasionally load 20 lb packages of plates into a CTP device. A strong attention detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently are also required. It is helpful but not required for the candidate to have prior experience with a prepress operation, Adobe InDesign and Acrobat, or some knowledge of printing. Experience with photography can be helpful, as this position also helps color correct photos.
