Property Manager

We have a 1,100-acre tree farm that we also use for personal living and recreation.  We are searching for a qualified person to serve as Property Manager with strong Forestry Management skills.   There are various stages of forestry management, ranging from mature forests to recently planted forests with an active management plan in place. There is no animal husbandry associated with the property. The property is located in Eastern Walker County near the town of Dodge, Texas.    

This is an opportunity for a long-term professional position with full benefits and a generous salary.  On staff currently is the Property Superintendent who has been employed for 41 years. He will report to the Property Manager and provide valuable knowledge and assistance.   The position can be filled by living on or off the property. 

Job Type: Full-time 

Pay: Up to $130,000.00 per year
